PocketTransit for Meego (N9) is freely available from OpenRepos.
As this does not come directly from the Nokia Store (the Nokia Store no longer accepts new content for Symbian or Meego) you will have to adjust the settings on your N9 so that “unofficial” apps can be installed. To do this go to Settings->Applications->Installations and make sure that “Allow installations from non-Store sources” is checked.
